Place Projects is a real estate development and investment firm focused on creating vibrant mixed‑use districts in underutilized urban areas.
Our projects often begin with land assembly, entitlement strategy and district planning, but our role extends well beyond those activities. We navigate complex approvals through consensus building and political advocacy, shape the public realm, curate retail and consumer experiences, and manage the development process from concept through completion.
