ACRE DISTRICT
an underutilized neighborhood, to a transformative mixed-use district
Nora is a 40-acre, multi-phase neighborhood revitalization project currently under development in West Palm Beach, transforming an underutilized neighborhood into a walkable, cohesive mixed‑use district anchored by an adaptively re‑used commercial main street combined with vertical residential and commercial development.
Beginning in 2019, Place Projects and NDT Development assembled more than 90 parcels and led the district vision, master planning, zoning framework and entitlement strategy supporting Nora’s phased development — while working closely with the City of West Palm Beach on public realm and infrastructure improvements and leading tenant curation, placemaking, commercial activation, and neighborhood brand development. Nora’s first phase opened in August 2025, with additional tenant openings continuing through 2026 and beyond.
